Friday Night Flies – Hoh Bo Spey
Friday Night Flies – Hoh Bo Spey
The Hoh Bo Spey is no stranger to the Steelhead anglers of the Pacific Northwest. Designed by Charles St. Pierre, the Hoh Bo Spey has proven itself as an essential winter and summer run Steelhead fly. Unlike a lot of Steelhead flies, this one goes together quite quickly and I would classify it as a “guide” fly. In the water, the Hoh Bo Spey has that classic tear drop shape that we want in a Steelhead fly. You can weight this pattern or keep it unweighted and it works in all of your favorite Steelhead colors.
