Friday Night Flies – FNF SPRATLEY VARIANT
Friday Night Flies – FNF SPRATLEY VARIANT
The Doc Spratley is a classic go to pattern that will catch fish in still and moving water. I have always been a big fan of wet style flies I find they work at times when other things are maybe not working so well.I was recently fishing on some interior lakes and the Spratley turned an average day into a great day.Our variation added some flash to give they that little extra punch. I use the same pattern in olive and tan but black is the most productive for me.
